Terms
The plain version of how working together runs. Full terms are confirmed in writing before the first session.
Sessions
Sessions take place online at agreed times. A parent or guardian arranges sessions for students under 18 and is the person we agree terms with.
Fees and payment
Fees are agreed in writing after the first conversation. Invoices are payable in advance of the sessions they cover.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged. If we need to move a session, we will offer another time or a refund for it.
What we promise
Careful preparation, honest feedback and a written note after each week. We cannot promise particular grades or university offers. Those depend on many things, most of all the student's own work.
Safeguarding and conduct
Sessions are conducted professionally. We will raise any safeguarding concern with the parent or guardian, or with the appropriate authority where the law requires.
Ending
Either side can stop at any time with written notice. Fees paid for sessions not yet delivered are refunded.
